This policy explains where we ship, how long orders take, what shipping costs and what to do if something goes wrong on the way to you.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Production time
Every print is made to order. Production time depends on the size of the piece, the material and how many orders are ahead in the queue. It typically takes a few days to a couple of weeks. The production time for your order is shown on your quote, so you know what to expect before you commit.
Shipping time
Once your order is finished, we ship it with a tracked carrier. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of shipping.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is shown on your quote or at checkout.
Tracking
We email you the tracking number when your order ships, so you can follow it until it arrives.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your address when you place your order. We ship to the address you give us. Please make sure it's accurate and complete, since address errors are the customer's responsibility.
Carrier delays
Carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx set their own schedules. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can delay a package, and those delays are outside our control. We're happy to help you track down a delayed package, but we can't guarantee delivery dates once an order has left our hands.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, or it never arrives, contact us within 14 days. Include your order number and, for damage, a photo if you have one. For how replacements and refunds work, see our Returns page.
How we pack
We pack every order with care. Resin parts are cured and cleaned before they're packed.
