These terms govern your use of thevatandnozzle.com and any quote or order you place with The Vat & Nozzle, a small 3D print shop in Anniston, Alabama.
Acceptance
By using this site, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
Orders & quotes
- A quote is an estimate for a specific project. It becomes an order when you approve it and pay.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- We may decline any order.
Files & intellectual property
- You confirm that you own the files you send us, or have the right to have them printed.
- We don't print illegal items, firearms or weapon parts, or content that infringes other people's rights.
- We may refuse any job.
Production & tolerances
- Dimensions: parts are made within normal dimensional tolerances for resin and FDM printing. Small differences from the model are expected.
- Color and finish: colors and surface finish can vary slightly between prints, and between print batches.
- Material suitability: our parts are not certified for safety-critical, medical or food-contact use unless we agree to it in writing.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. For delivery times, costs and carriers, see our Shipping page.
Returns
Custom and made-to-order prints are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, see our Returns & Refunds page for how to report it.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't store your card numbers.
Site use
Please use this site only for lawful purposes, and don't try to interfere with how it works.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
